Recanati Winery Chardonnay 2012, Upper Galilee, Israel: This is a lovely, full-bodied, balanced Chardonnay that is Kosher for Passover, non-Mevushal KP. Very attractive aromas of green apple, baked bread and hints of butterscotch. Great craftsmanship here. No recanting just decanting for this Chardonnay, thank-you. Red Wine

Justin Vineyards Isosceles 2010, Paso Robles, California, United States: Mocha dark chocolate on the nose from generous oak aging of this full-bodied red wine, followed by black fruit and smoke. Robust and very supple. Decant 2 hours. Drink it steak. Polished tannins with some coffee and dried herbs on a long finish of this unfiltered wine. This California red wine was aged 2 years in French oak and was not fined or filtered. Pair with: grilled strip loin, grilled portobellos.
