Values Wine Picks March 7, 2013

Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. White Wine

Santa Barbara Collection Chardonnay 2010, Santa Barbara County, California, United States: Green apple notes on the nose with just enough toast oak. Medium- to full-bodied. Red Wine

Peller Estates Private Reserve Pinot Noir 2010, VQA, Niagara, Ontario, Canada: Cherry-berry with some strawberry jam aromas and flavours. Medium-bodied, smooth and supple.
