Terrific as an aperitif or companion to many seafood dishes or roast turkey given its mouth-watering juiciness. Nice price. Pair with: chicken salad, risotto, apple strudel. Rioja Bordón Gran Reserva Bodegas Francos-Españolas Tempranillo 2004, D.O.C.A., Rioja, Spain: A savoury and delicious red with gorgeously ripe black cherry and black raspberry aromas. Layered complexity on the palate with a long finish. A superbly made wine, especially for this price point. Pair with brisket or flank steak. Pair with: rosemary lamb.
