White Wine

Momo Pinot Gris 2012, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Makes my mouth water just smelling it! Lovely white peach and melon with mouth-watering acidity for food. Very refreshing as an aperitif or companion to many dishes from seafood to salads. Very classic aromas and flavours here for a cool climate region. Some toasted almond on the finish. Great wine for potluck gatherings. Pair with: seafood, salads, basil pesto, radicchio, Chinese rice porridge. Drink: 2012-2015. 163535 14.50% D 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 91/100. Collin Bourisset Douce Folie Saint-Amour 2011, A.P., Beaujolais, France: Classic Beaujolais!
