Clos Du Bois Sonoma Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2011, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California, United States: This robust Californian cabernet has that classic signature of black fruit, smoke and toasty oak all wrapped into a supremely satisfying package. The winery, in Geyserville, first made wine in 1974. Sonoma cabernet always has a terrific blend of fruit richness and spicy depth. Pair with: prime rib, grilled pork or chicken.
