Le Gravillas Vieilles Vignes 2011, Gigondas, Rhone, France: I’m lovin it! Juicy, savoury and mouth-watering: loaded with blackberry and black cherry aromas. Good grip on the palate: decant for 2-3 hours. Could use some cellar time. Fantastic price! Produced by Cave Des Vignerons a Sablet. Try it with hearty meat dishes and robust conversation.
