Chateau Hauchat La Rose Merlot 2004, A.C., France: Vintages Wine Panel: This Merlot-based wine features lovely aromas of cassis, cherry and woodsmoke. The tannins are softening allowing the bright, fresh fruitiness to come to the front. My note: A rich and textured Bordeaux with mouth-watering flavors of black plums and berries.
