Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Pleasing aromas of ripe dark fruit and smoke greet the nose. This velvety smooth, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is richly flavoured with plum, blackberry and spice. The winemaker suggests pairing it with roast duck with all the trimmings. My note: Such a dependably great producer! Even when the reds are big and brooding they still have a palate lift and vibrancy at their heart. Loaded with black plums, blackcurrant and berries. Top me up. Food matches: roast duck.
