These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. Tasting note:

Bright melon aromas and a crisp, refreshing zest. There's some white pear and lime on the finish. Lovely aperitif or versatile companion to many dishes. Food matches: BBQ salmon, grilled chicken, lobster and seafood salads.

Not your ordinary Pinot Gris. This wine has intriguing aromatics suggestive of honeysuckle, pears and citrus, while exhibiting excellent balance, and a complex mineral defined finish. Extremely versatile for the purpose of pairing, standing up to regional Asian fare with distinct spice to more traditional sautéed veal chops

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
