Like it a lot! Zippy limes dance across your palate with a lemongrass blowing in the breeze finish. Bring it on and top me up ... I'm out on the deck. Food matches: grilled prawns.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Darlene Myers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I loved this Riesling so much I wish I had been eating spicy Asian cuisine at the time. I think it would be a fabulous match. Great vibrant flavors of lime and citrus fruit with a nice long clean finish.
Dan Trcka rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The 2011 Gold Label Riesling is a light to medium bodied wine, with notes of citrus and subtle apricot. It has a grippy acidity, nice minerality and a medium, off-dry finish. Drink-how: have with food. According to Mr. Wolf Blass, it can last for 40-50 years. My impression: NICE, 88 pts. Tasted Sept /12.
The palate is soft and round showing
generous citrus fruits with a lovely mineral
chalky acid structure. The wine finishes crisp
and clean, with remarkable length on the
finish.

This Riesling is the wine that started Wolf Blass’ regionally focused Gold Label portfolio. In this vintage, they sourced fruit from the relatively cool Clare and Eden Valleys within the larger Adelaide region. Vibrant and youthful, this beauty is pure pleasure with fresh lime, apple, and grapefruit aromas bursting from the glass. It’s dry, juicy and fruity with layers of mineral notes and a core of tangy acid. Brilliant now, it should evolve nicely over the next 5 years.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
