Lately I've had a couple wines that were crisp on the finish (which I like) but had nothing in the front end ... the initial aroma or taste.

This wine had all three. From the pineapple aroma to the full citrus taste (pineapple and peach) to the crisp finish, this was the perfect wine to enjoy after a long Saturday working. And it went perfectly with the old cheddar I had as a treat that evening!

A nice wine by itself, tonight we are having chicken cooked with cream of chicken soup. Honey mustard chicken. Excellent with the the chicken and butternut squash ravioli. it was ok with the green beans we had with the meal but best with the honey mustard chicken or the butternut squash ravioli.
