Tasting note:

The best of both worlds in a bottle here: Old World styling and finesse with New World depth of flavor and fruit. Bring it on! A fresh, lively chard with notes of spicy oak, citrus, butter, caramel and unbridled fruit richness. Full-bodied and luscious. Vintages Wine Panel: William Fèvre is a well-respected producer of Chablis in Burgundy who has successfully transplanted his expertise to Chile. The dominant flavors of this beautifully balanced Chardonnay – apple, pear, toast and butterscotch – are concentrated but not overwhelming. An exceptionally priced, versatile Chard. Food matches: pasta in cream sauce, chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese, stir-fried veggies, baked risotto.
