Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
The DAC is the Austrian appellation system that is now beginning to be seen on labels. Kremstal, given its DAC in 2007, is only the fourth region to adopt the system. DAC regulations determine what varieties may be grown and what style of wines produced. Riesling and Grüner Veltliner are the only allowable varieties in DAC Kremstal. Medium yellow green. Ripe yellow fruit, fine ... tobacco, dried. Botrytis, complex, delicate, honey, well-integrated acidity, mineral. Score: 89 Source: Peter Moser, Falstaff Wine Guide

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
