Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Dried cherry, herbs, wood, flowers, and licorice root on the nose with bright red fruits, fresh tobacco, and a light grapey streak on the palate. Some black briars, espresso and black cherry starts to emerge after some time in the glass. Would be interesting to see how much more stuffing it has left. 89 Points. (ottawawinejournal.com)
Dan Trcka rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The 2007 Viticcio Bere, composed of 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cab. Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, is medium bodied, integrated wine with faint notes of prune and oak on the nose and green pepper and coconut on the palate. The structure is a bit disjoint with refined tannins (decant for 30 min) and a medium to long finish. My impression: NICE, 87.5 pts. Tasted July/11.
There’s a lot of Cabernet character on the nose and palate, with dried herbs and black currant. Full and very rich on the palate, with chewy yet fruit-coated tannins. Long and flavorful. Needs a little time to come together. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Best after 2009. Score: 90 Source: James Suckling, jamessuckling.com
