Tasting note:

Lusciously ripe tropical fruit aromas of passion fruit and pear followed by just a kiss of oak from five month barrel aging. Nicely balanced and rich in flavour. Food matches: lobster dripping in butter, grilled tuna and salmon, rich cream sauce pasta dishes, savoury roast turkey and marinated chicken.

this wine is a blend of very small lots of Chardonnay from 3 of the top vineyards in the Niagara River Sub appellation in Niagara on the Lake-Van de Laar, Delaine and Klose. Each lot as fermented and aged separately for an average of 5 months in oak barrels and blended to achieve a rich flavourful wine.
