Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Vibrant, award-winning Gewurz with aromas of candied citrus, rosewater, lanolin, Turkish delight and spice box. Dry, but quite intense on the palate, with excellent aroma replays. Fairly vibrant acidity for balance from a generally low-acid variety. Medium bodied with a solid finish. My note: Beautifully made (and consumed!) Bursting with aromas of exotic rose petal, lychee and baking spices. I adore it! Perfect with curries, Asian dishes and a get-you-out-of-your-rut aperitif. Food matches: mildly spiced Thai, Indian cuisine, curries, Asian dishes.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Russell Mcdowell rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Very nice nose of Lichee. Little acidic so it cuts through creamy sauces.
Corinna Horton rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The dry, but (not too) intense Gewruz, with it's light Lechee nose favours the Far East with a taste for East Indian and Thai, it likes it spicy.

It also plays nicely against a raunchy, “farmer’s daughter” cheese like Taleggio.

This rarely lasts in our home, clearly we have little self-control.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
