If you can only bring one wine with you to a deserted island - this is it! Light enough to drink at any time of the day, it has a fine balance of acidity and sugar that will pair with everything from appetizers to the main course to dessert. On the nose the minerality and citrus aromas shine and these follow through in a lingering finish on the palate. I had the pleasure of tasting this in the Vineland tasting room in Niagara - an impressive wine in an impressive location! |
