Tart and lovely! It’s a wake-up call for your mouth and needs food. Gorgeous aromas of lime, white peach, grapefruit and summer days. Let this wine have its way with you. Food matches: shellfish, sushi.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
From the vineyard that spawned Niagara’s first rieslings in the late ’70s comes a lovely, low-alcohol (nine per cent) edition that wafts green pear, lime, herbs and minerality — almost like a sauvignon blanc. It skates on racy, lacy acidity, perfectly pitched against a touch of sweetness. Displays great mouth-watering minerality. Source: Tony Love, adelaidenow.com.au

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
