Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Tempranillo has found a home in Argentina and is now fairly widely planted. Vinecol’s version is grown with certified organic grapes. Typically dark in color, its nose is vivid and layered with strawberry aromas out front. It’s full and creamy in the mouth with perfect balance and lots of class, finishing with strong red fruit notes. Try comparing this with a Spanish Tempranillo and see how European and New World wines resemble or differ from each other. My note: Fleshy blackberries, cassis jam, and a hint of black olive on the nose. Velvet texture with concentrated layers of flavor. A wonderful wine to transition from work into evening. Food matches: Mexian dishes, cotechino, roast lamb, grilled portobello mushrooms, eggplant parmigiana.
