Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A very elegant Pinot Noir that is filled with style and class. Aromas suggest raspberry, plum, beetroot and a hint of wood smoke. Dry, smooth and round with just the right amount of tannin to bring it into balance. This is all capped off by a long, complex finish. Try it tonight or cellar it for up to five years. My note: Rich and delicious with incredible layers and depths of flavor. Ripe cherries, fresh-turned earth and medium spices. Medium-bodied and silky smooth. Long finish. Food matches: beef Bourguignon.
