Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Gold Medal at 2011 Concours Général Agricole, in Paris. Plentiful raspberry, black cherry, plum and mineral aromas and flavours going on here. Dry with a sweet cherry core and fine acidity giving it nice freshness. Enjoy it now with veal medallions in a red wine sauce; a grilled tuna steak would do nicely too. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
