Tasting note:

This is a blend of 55% Shiraz, 28% Grenache and 17% Mourvedre grapes. A super smooth texture yields layers of black cherry, cranberry, black raspberry and plum. Some enticing notes of hickory smoke and cedar box in the background. Food matches: spicy chicken sausage, Ethiopian stewed chicken, pot roast, game casseroles, grilled vegetables.
