Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: The indigenous Agiorgitiko (ah-yohr-YEE-tee-koh) grape is Greece’s second most planted red grape variety. When handled by exceptional producers such as Tsantali, the grape produces berry- and plum-scented wines with remarkable structure and elegance. This fine example may be enjoyed tonight. My note: A rustic, full-bodied red with rough edges but lots of charm. Aromas of dark red berries and fruit. Food matches: wild boar sausages, gourmet burgers, pizza.
