Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A superb value year in and year out, this big, dense Cab is ready to harmonize with marinated steaks hot off the grill, beef stew or rare roast beef. Packed with dark black fruit and spicy characteristics, this wine over-delivers with its surprising complexity and balance. My note: Simple and delicious with full-bodied notes of black fruit, mocha and smoky oak. Good mouth-watering acidity. Food matches: beef wellngton, parmesan, dark chocolate, mildly spicy dishes.
