I like it! Not only is it rich, it’s also vibrant and refreshing because it’s mouth-watering. Lovely peach, pear and green apple notes. Full-bodied, oh yes! Food matches: chicken cordon bleu.

This light yellow coloured Chard was very well received by our mini group. It opens with a mild Anjou pear bouquet with a hint of banana. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, and very well balanced, between its mild acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a delicious mild green apple with hints of creamy butter and light oak. The finish is dry and it is a bit tingly it lingers for a while. We felt this Chard would be a very nice option to pair with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy. Very Good+.
