|Making Chardonnay without the benefit of barrels is an excellent way of allowing the variety to express its essential characteristics. This vintage is a classic French Chablis style pale, transparent yellow in colour. The nose has some fresh peach notes with hints of marzipan and citrus. The palate reveals crisp apple, a distinct minerality and a crisp texture.|
