Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Torres adds a dollop of the indigenous Parellada grape to their Chardonnay. The Parellada contributes a nice crisp punch to this round and generous Chard. Torres’ eco initiatives (e.g., the use of lightweight bottles) have garnered them green awards. My note: Wonderfully balanced and tasty! Aromas of green apples, peach, butterscotch and smoke. Nicely balanced. Perfect for Sunday dinner of roast chicken. A steal at this price. Food matches: planked or smoked salmon, roast chicken.
