Needs some cellar time. Robust, rich and tannic. Dark fruit aromas wrapped in some smoke. Food matches: prime rib, rack of lamb.

Shower: Sarah and Matt
This organic wine has just 6 mg/l of free sulphur. This wine is comprised of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and 17% Cabernet Franc. Aromas of sweet plum, blackcurrant, raspberry and cassis greet the nose, followed closely by smoke and dark chocolate. Lovely. The palate is equally complex, and framed by soft tannins and a guiding acidity. Very well made, with a long and flavourful finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
