Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: A blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, this very approachable red is dry, medium to full-bodied with aromas and flavors of spicy black pepper, blackberries, mixed red berries and a touch of smoky oak. Well-balanced, this wine is a lovely winter warmer. Made with organic grapes, this wine contains 26 mg/l of free sulfur. My note: Excellent berry ripeness here with layers of plums. Bargain seeker will love this number from South Africa. It offers notes of smoked meat, jammy black fruit and some robust tannins. Decant for 1-2 hours. This wine will make a big splash at your next party. Food matches: pork, bison steak, smoked porkchops, garlic and grilled vegetable casserole.
