Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | This exceptional Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore spent 15 months in oak, and is showing beautifully. Intriguing notes of cherry, plum sauce, cocoa, coffee and a touch of cola. Dry, medium-full bodied; juicy and flavourful on the mid-palate, with a lively rush of acidity keeping things crisp and poised on the finish. Nice balance and complexity, with supportive tannic grip. Good length. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
