Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Georgia is one of the world’s great and historic centres of both wild and cultivated vines, and Saperavi is an important and popular indigenous variety with great ageing potential. Rich aromas of berry and spice lead to the sweet, very tasty palate. Well structured and with good length, this is an excellent after-meal sipper. My note: Sweet red wine is an acquired taste. If you’ve acquired, this is your wine. Lovely sweet cherries and blackberry liqueur. Food matches: semi-sweet fruit pies, pastries, elk with blueberry sauce, duck with plum sauce.
