Tasting note:

Perfect Niagara Riesling: zippy, mouth-watering lime essence with some eternal notes of flint and minerality. Makes you yearn to live in Niagara where you could (presumably) get new stock as you need it.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
reviewed this wine as follows:

I love this riesling! Not overly sweet, just dry enough. Served very chilled, great for the summer on the patio.
Delicate mineral, floral and lemon-lime aromas waft from this mid weight, generously textured off-dry beauty. With a glorious fusion of sweet and tangy flavour on the palate – sweet ripe tropical fruit and bracing citrus – it delivers that sweet and tang, yin and yang that pairs so well with spicy Asian cuisine. The finish lingers 30 seconds or more, well balanced and delectable. It’s a lovely wine delivering very good value. Score: 4 ½ (out of 5) Source: Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
