Tasting note:

Rich and full-bodied with layers of ripe black fruit, smoke and a hint of dark spice. Complex and delicious from one of Niagara's best wineries. Food matches: grilled steak, burgers, hearty pasta dishes, gourmet pizzas.

This wine displays wonderful complexity contributed by the different grapes in the blend: ripe cherry and plum, black currant, tobacco, and an underlying spiciness. Excellent structure with firm tannin and balancing acidity. Great mouthfeel, with a lasting finish that leaves you wanting more!
