Note: I publish batches of reviews that I call Good Values Wine Picks. These are from the regular section of the liquor store rather than the Vintages section, and tend to be lower priced and the most widely available of all wines. The last four reviews I did were: March 7, January 4, December 16 and November 20.

Tasting note:

The grapes for this excellent riesling were sourced from multiple vineyards in the area. The vines were cluster-thinned. There's a lovely zippy lime-fresh streak running through it, chased by lemon lightning. It finishes with notes of chives, grapefruit and the overwhelming desire for more. Food matches: fresh salads with vinaigrette dressing. Try oysters, creamy cheeses, and marinated vegetables. Also perfect for seafood dishes including shrimp, lobster, crab, and white fish.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
2010 gave us great Riesling in Niagara. The warm summer gave us early ripeness, with excellent acidity. This wine is an exceptional example, with a nose of mixed citrus fruit, flint minerals and soft fresh floral notes. On the palate, it is bursting with citrus and intense minerality. Lemon zest and sweet grapefruit give way to a long finish, with lingering flavour and acidity.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
