Tasting note:

A spectacular blend of cabernet sauvignon (48%), cabernet franc (36%) and merlot (16%) aged 18 months in French oak. Smooth, fleshy and full-bodied, this luxurious red delivers seductive aromas of dark plums and berries with a hint of smoke. Not too heavy, but deeply satisfying with a juicy, generous style. Food matches: grilled beef or bison steak, roast beef, lamb chops.

This blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% cabernet Franc and 16% Merlot was individually matured in French barriques. Deep ruby in coulour, this red displays ripe fruit, earthy notes of tobacco, cedar, freshly turned soil, spicy elements of pepper, bitter dark chocolate and liquorice. On the palate, it is rich, balanced and complex with great ageing potential.
