Tasting note:

Dried herbs, black fruit, tar, hickory smoke and a length that doesn’t seem to end. This redefines full-bodied yet it’s beautifully balanced and structured which makes it an ideal candidate for long-term cellaring. Food matches: meaty casseroles.
