A cracking great Riesling, with come-alive lime zest and lemon aromas. Spectacularly juicy and mouth-watering with a finish of Granny Smith apple. Taste and see what BC is capable of when it comes to vibrant Riesling!

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
As our flagship wine, this Riesling perfectly expresses the unique growing conditions of our single vineyard estate in South East Kelowna.
The bouquet is intense, with aromas of ripe pear and gala apple followed by citrus
zest, coconut oil and savoury botanicals.
Pale lemon in colour, the wine offers near perfect balance: juicy yet refined. A hint of
sweetness up front harmonizes with the mouth-watering natural acidity, providing an
intriguing tension in the wine. Granny Smith apple, key lime and guava are beset on
all sides by subtle minerality.
The wine is comprised of 7 blocks of Riesling plantings dating back to 1978. With the final blend in mind, each block of fruit was vinified separately to enhance individual
nuances. The resulting wine is layered and complex and showcases all of the best
attributes of the 2010 growing season.
