The Taja Reserva continues to be one of the better choices for the price. Consistently delivers concentration, well integrated flavors and finish of dark overripped black fruit.
Great wine!
The wine is made with mostly Monastrell plus dashes of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of blueberry, cherry, marzipan, tar and smoke make for a nose of great complexity and depth. The palate is medium bodied and well balanced with well-integrated flavours that deliver a taste experience even more exciting than that promised by the nose. A wine that deliciously delivers the intensity and richness found in the vineyards of Jumilla. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
