Medium-deep straw colour with attractive aromas of peach melba, honeydew melon, buttered waffles, spices and toasted pistachio. Dry, very rich with layers of flavour and an intense mousse. Supremely elegant, with a poised, layered finish. A real beauty. Cellarable too for 5+ years. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
