Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This crowd-pleaser is simply loaded with rich plum, black cherry, ripe black fruit and spicy notes. Dry, smooth and full bodied, it over-delivers with boatloads of glorious fruit on the palate. The medium-long finish is lightly tannic, with chocolate and sweet spice throughout. My note: Robust and ready to go when you are. A bit rustic and rough around the edges tannin-wise but savoury and delicious. Decant for 1-2 hours and you’ll smooth it out considerably. Great party wine or perfect for movie night. Food matches: game bird, rich stew.
