Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | The ’07 vintage of the ever-popular Triomphe Chardonnay features ultra-ripe apple and pear aromas along with wood spice and cedar notes. It has some definite oomph, with concentrated ripe tree fruit, cedar and vanilla flavours balanced by lively acidity and leading to a lingering finish. It should be paired with a rich seafood dish now, but will likely improve with two years of cellaring time. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
