Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | This organic wine contains just 10 mg/L of free sulphur. This wine won a Silver Medal at the 2010 Ontario Wine Awards. Vibrant, appropriately named fresh wine that shows what dry Vidal is capable of in the hands of skilled winemakers such as Ann Sperling. Apricot, pear, apple and citrus aromas dominate. Dry, zippy and fruity in equal measures, with good weight and a rather long finish. Try it as a sipper. Source: Vintages Wine Panel |
