From a small 6-hectare site, this wine is a blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, and 10% Roussanne. The Viognier really makes its presence felt with aromas of apricot jam, marmalade and even a hint of blueberry. Dry, very flavourful and exotic. Lush with good mid-palate acids bringing balance. Medium-full bodied with a medium-long, intriguing finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
