Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Winemaking: Slow fermentations, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks of 33,600 litres and daily pumping-over to ensure greater extraction of flavours. Malolactic fermentation was then carried out. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in American oak.
Tasting notes: Solar de Samaniego Crianza is a wine with deep intensity of colour with a predominance of bluish hues. It is a highly aromatic wine in which you can mainly find the fruit (cherries, plums, blackcurrants, strawberries, and raisins) well integrated with the toasted aromas acquired from the oak. In addition, in the mouth it proves potent and persistent, making it the perfect partner for heavier, stronger-flavoured dishes.
