Tasting note:

On the nose there are lovely aromas of tropical fruit, herbs and goose-berry. Built around a ray of bright citrus and a vibrant acidity, the palate is dry, medium bodied with strong fruit replays. This Sauvignon Blanc is perfectly balanced and delivers across the board. Enjoy as an aperitif. Lime zest and herbal notes with a zingy acidity for food. Bright and refreshing. Awesome food companion. Food matches: grilled prawns, crab cakes.

Here is another delicious New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that is simply laden with aromas of tropical fruit and gooseberry, with grass and herbal notes fleshing out the experience. Impeccably balanced with lip-smacking replays and a bright citrus expression all kept perfectly harmonized by a vibrant acidity. This delivers across the board. Perfect as an aperitif.
