Tasting note:

Such a pretty wine! This blend of chardonnay, riesling and gewurztraminer grapes offers lovely aromas of white flowers, peach and pear. Great aperitif or partner to salads, seafood, roast chicken and pork. Such an incredibly great price that it’s bound to put an end to most sibling arguments, including who’s paying for the wine. Produced by Niagara’s Henry of Pelham Estate Winery. Food matches: grilled chicken, white fish.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Made from Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer
Harvest Date: September 5th, 6th, 10th, 18th, 21st, 23rd, 27th & 30th, October 4th, 9th & 10th, 2010
Yields were 4 tonnes per acre
Fermented at cool temperatures of 15 to 17°C in stainless steel tanks. Some tanks had the fermentation stopped early to leave a light residual while others we fermented completely dry.
