Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Flavourful, well-made, award-winning Chardonnay (Silver Medal 2010 Chardonnay-du-Monde) filled with apple, toast, vanilla, pear and hints of tropical fruit aromas. Dry, with the fruit, acid and oak playing off each other in an ideal fashion. Bring on the seafood. My note: Big, buttery Chardonnay with blousy aromas of ripe peach and pear and a butterscotch finish. Round and voluptuous. Love it! Food matches: crab cakes, lobster.

Jason Solanki reviewed this wine as follows: Apple, toast, butter, earth/mineral aromas follow on the palate. Vanilla, pear and tropical fruit notes. Crisp, medium-long finish. Quite nice. It's not over-bearing with oak as some oaked Chardonnay's can be.

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
