Tasting note:

Scrumptious! Bring me more quickly please. Lovely mocha/dark chocolate nose followed by blackberry and plum. Some spice and smoke on the finish. Food matches: veal Parmigianino.

Nice Californian. Had @ Christine
It is clearly one of the best Cabs in this price range and it won its mini blind flight. It opens with a fragrant blend of cinnamon, peppermint, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and very silky. The flavour profile is a very tasty mild black cherry with notes of cinnamon and beet. The finish is very dry and its sticky tannins are present for some time. This elegant Cab is very food friendly. Source: Ken Hoggins, kenswineguide.com
