Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: This red from Sardinia is 100% Cannonau, which is the local name for Grenache. Garnet coloured, it boasts pretty aromas of cassis and herbs with floral notes. Flavours of spicy blackcurrant, raspberry and strawberry, along with some floral highlights continue to surface right up to its tangy, cleansing finish. This is a refreshing red with ripe tannins and a medium body. My note: terrific value with rich, full-bodied goodness! Dark berries and smoke with a smooth texture. Food matches: beef teriyaki, barbecued short ribs.
