Vintages Wine Panel: Sourced from Santa Carolina’s own vineyards in the Rapel Valley, the fruit for this wine is hand-picked before going through a further double selection process, once for bunches and another for individual berries. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that only the best fruit is used to craft this deep and delicious wine. Dark purple in colour, it’s packed with intense aromas and flavours of plum, cherry and anise. Enjoy over the next 3 to 4 years. My note: Notes of chocolate, black plums and blueberries with a black cherry liqueur running through it. Full-bodied and smooth as satin. Perfect party wine. Food matches: rack of lamb. medium-aged cheeses.
